Adriyana Grotseva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2009, they held internships in Finance and Accounting at the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as at MDG Consult. In 2012, they began working at Coeus Solutions GmbH, initially as an Intern in Sales and Marketing, then transitioning to a role as a Working Student in HR and Office Management. Adriyana later became a Vendor Manager and a Project Manager, where they worked on various projects such as Happiness wunderbringer.net, Datingdocs.de/SearchADoc, SpotPeek, and Whooosh. From 2014 to 2017, Adriyana served as the Executive HR and Operations at Coeus Solutions GmbH. During their time there, they also worked as a Senior Product Manager & Entrepreneur in Residence. In 2018, they joined Coeus Solutions and eKomi as the Head of Program Management (Platform Quality). Currently, Adriyana is the Head of Customer Onboarding & Support at eKomi - The Feedback Company, a position they have held since October 2020.
