Natasha Poleva

Natasha Poleva is an experienced professional in rights management and translation with over a decade of experience in the publishing industry. Currently serving as the Translation Rights Manager at Eksmo since April 2011, Natasha is responsible for promoting Russian authors abroad and overseeing the sale of translation rights as well as the distribution of Russian e-books and audiobooks globally. Previously, Natasha held the position of Foreign Rights Executive, where responsibilities included purchasing fiction and non-fiction rights and selling translation rights in Russian content. Earlier career experience includes working as a Rights Manager at Geotar, focused on acquiring translation licenses and permissions, and as a Teacher of English and translation at the Moscow Academy of Law and Finance and the Russian University of Innovations.
