Charles Kassels is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at El Chorro Lodge since August 2021, Charles previously held the position of Executive Chef at OB Sports Golf Management, overseeing Lou’s bar and grill and catering operations. With a solid background that includes managerial and executive roles at establishments such as LITTLE MISS BBQ, Levy Restaurants, and el Chorro Lodge, Charles has developed expertise in menu development, staff training, and catering for special events. Education was completed at The Culinary Institute of America with an AOS in Culinary Arts, complemented by studies at Arizona State University.
