Catarina Mendes

Catarina Mendes is an experienced professional in learning, training, and people development, currently serving as the Learning, Training & People Development Coordinator at El Corte Inglés Portugal since July 2019, following roles in corporate talent acquisition and development. Prior experience includes teaching positions at Atlântica and IPAM, and leadership roles at Quorumaster®, where Catarina managed teams and provided HR consulting services. Educational credentials include a Pós-Graduação in Organizational Development from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, a Master's in Social and Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Ispa - Instituto Universitário. Additional experience includes serving as a psychologist for candidate assessment in the Ministry of Justice and holding a leadership role at P.O.W.E.R Consulting.
