Avis Jolly

Avis joined the team in the summer of 2020. Avis is a graduate of Indiana University and spent the first part of her professional career with Intel Corporation as a program manager doing process improvement for their planning and logistics sector. Avis left Intel in 2003 to begin a family with her husband Andy, raising two children while volunteering and maintaining part-time employment. She has continually added to her scope and knowledge in the non-profit sector as a grant writer, fundraising chair, board member, and executive director. In addition to her children's parent teacher organizations she has served on the El Dorado County 4H Volunteer Management Board, Women's Fund El Dorado Site Visit Committee, Warm Winters Board, El Dorado County Ag in the Classroom Board, and the Ponderosa High School Foundation Board. Having a large variance of experience with various non-profit entities, Avis is excited to bring her knowledge to the Foundation and assist in elevating the county's non-profits in efficiency and effectiveness as they play a crucial role in the community.
