Kayley Freshman-Caffrey

Kayley Freshman-Caffrey has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Kayley is currently working for EL Education as the Director of Business Planning. Prior to this, they held the positions of Associate Director of Partner Operations and Manager of Business Planning & Analysis at the same company. Before joining EL Education, they worked as a Contract Manager for Technology at the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium. Kayley also worked as a Business Research Analyst at IBISWorld. Earlier in their career, they had various internship and part-time roles, including Marketing Intern at TRAY Creative, Business Development Intern at Sparqcode, and Keyholder at Radioshack. Kayley also had experience working as a Student Desk Lead at the University of Washington and as a Desk Receptionist at American University. Additionally, they interned at Washington Business Week and served as the Area 1 President for Washington DECA.

Kayley Freshman-Caffrey completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business in 2013. Prior to that, they also studied Business Administration at the American University - Kogod School of Business from 2010 to 2011. Kayley received their high school diploma in General Education from Cascade High School in 2010. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including SAP ERP Essential Training from LinkedIn, and Project and Program Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz, both in 2018. Kayley also completed several training courses in Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack, Microsoft SQL Server 2016, and Tableau 10 from Lynda.com in the same year.
