Ryan Maxwell

Ryan Maxwell is the Managing Director of Partnerships at EL Education. Prior to their current position, they served as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at EPIC Academy from 2009 to 2012. There, they were part of the design team that created a new small progressive high school in South Chicago. Maxwell also served as a Humanities Teacher at Urban Promise Academy from 2002 to 2008 and as a Leadership Training Director/Counselor at YMCA Camp Minikani from 1993 to 1999.

-Ryan Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in English and Spanish.

-Ryan also holds an Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment.
