Fernando Del Hambre is a professional illustrator and creative director with extensive experience in graphic design and illustration. Currently serving as a graphic humorist at El País since March 2020, Del Hambre has contributed illustrations for the Opinion section every Sunday. In addition to freelance work as an illustrator and in art direction, Del Hambre teaches a digital drawing course at Domestika and has collaborated with notable organizations such as UNESCO and the FAO on special projects. Past roles include creative direction and illustration for campaigns with Greenpeace and GMR Marketing, as well as leadership positions at Prisa magazines. Del Hambre holds degrees in Illustration and Graphic Arts from Escuela de Arte nº10 de Madrid and IES Virgen de la Paloma.
