Gisela Dagnino currently serves as the Utility Chief Operations Officer for Stormwater at El Paso Water, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Gisela Dagnino held the title of Engineering Division Manager at the same organization. With extensive experience in water utility operations and engineering, Gisela Dagnino brings valuable expertise to the management of stormwater systems and infrastructure.
