El Paso Water is a non-profit, public utility that serves the city of El Paso. Families, businesses and our community depend on us to deliver reliable, quality and sustainable water, wastewater, stormwater and reclaimed water services.

Our desert city is blessed with three sources of water – the Rio Grande and two aquifers. Decades ago, El Paso Water had the foresight to begin exploring and pursuing innovative water supply options – reclamation and reuse, conservation and education, and desalination.
