Tomasz Czarnik

Tomasz Czarnik is currently the COO at EL Passion. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Manager at any.cloud A/S from September 2016 to February 2018. In this role, they were responsible for increasing sales and growth of the Polish branch of any.cloud. This included managing the company's portfolio on the Polish market, acting as the main touchpoint between Danish HQ and the Polish Office, monitoring market changes and trends, and adjusting the pricing and contract conditions based on cost levels, competitors' offer and clients' expectations. Tomasz also performed day-to-day sales activities, such as handling B2B leads from all over the world and generating new B2B leads through networking, referrals, business partners, etc. Tomasz also increased focus on client satisfaction aspect for improving the relations, customer loyalty, up-selling and cross-selling possibilities as well as gathering recommendations and new leads on satisfied clients' referrals. In addition, Tomasz attended webinars, conferences and events for exploring new business possibilities, following market trends, technological novelties, competitors' activities, customers' expectations, and spreading the gathered knowledge among other employees within the company. Tomasz also provided strategic advisory to the Board on further development of the company including an increased focus on marketing activities, up- & cross-selling, customer satisfaction, building a partner channel, and improving existing services.

Tomasz Czarnik has a Master's Degree in Economics from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the same school. Tomasz also has a certification from the University of Cambridge in Certificate in Advanced English, Grade A, C2.
