El Pinto was established in 1962.  Our restaurant is located in Albuquerque's beautiful North Valley. For over 50 years, El Pinto has been serving traditional New Mexican recipes from our grandmother Josephina Chavez-Griggs. Her devotion to all things green chile inspires us today to serve authentic New Mexican food.
