Eddie Shih

Eddie Shih has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Eddie began their career in 2002 as a Financial Analyst at Variasian Inc. dba "Yan Can" and later worked at Taco Bell Corp. as an Associate Manager and Sr. Financial Analyst. In 2007, they joined Taco Bell as a Finance Manager before moving on to El Pollo Loco, Inc. in 2012. At El Pollo Loco, Inc., they held various positions including Senior Manager, Director of Finance, and Senior Director of Finance. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at El Pollo Loco, Inc.

Eddie Shih earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Cell Biology & Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley between 1993 and 1997. From 2000 to 2002, they pursued an MBA in Finance at UC Irvine.
