Leadership Team

About

The leadership team of El Pollo Loco has experience in various food-service industries. The Chief Operating Officer previously worked for KFC, and the Vice President of Operations has worked for Starbucks and Carlson Restaurants Worldwide. Other members of the team have experience working in finance and treasury planning, management reporting and analysis, and internal auditing. The team is also educated, with degrees from Bucknell University and the University of Michigan.
