Rosanne Setoguchi

Rosanne Setoguchi has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Rosanne currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at El Pollo Loco, Inc. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at the same company. Before joining El Pollo Loco, they worked as an independent consultant specializing in human resources and talent management. Earlier in their career, they held various senior leadership roles at DIRECTV (Now Part of the AT&T Family) and The Walt Disney Company, where they focused on HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and talent management. Rosanne started their career as an Associate at Rushfeldt, Shelley & Drake, LLP.
