Jonathan Venuto

Jonathan Venuto has a diverse work experience, ranging from various leadership and consulting roles. Jonathan is currently serving as the President of EL1 Sports, where they began in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Advisor at EL1 Sports from October 2022 to April 2023. In 2017, Jonathan established their own consulting company called Jonathan Venuto Consulting, where they have been an Entrepreneur, Consultant, and Advisor since May 2017.

Before starting their consulting business, Jonathan worked at Uber as the Head of Global Strategy & Operations, Customer Engagement from February 2020 to February 2021. Jonathan also served as a Consultant at Aero Technologies Inc from November 2019 to January 2020, and at Tripadvisor from August 2019 to September 2019. Prior to that, they held a consulting position at Simple Habit from January 2019 to August 2019.

Jonathan's previous experience includes leadership roles at Gilt.com, where they were the CEO of Gilt Japan from September 2015 to May 2017. Jonathan also worked as the VP of Marketing & Strategy at Gilt.com from July 2013 to September 2015 and as the Head of Loyalty & Marketing Programs from January 2013 to June 2013. Additionally, they held the position of Director, Loyalty & CRM from September 2011 to December 2012 and Category Director from February 2011 to September 2011.

Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked at American Express as a Senior Manager of the Delta Co-Brand Portfolio from July 2010 to February 2011. Jonathan also gained consulting experience at Bain & Company, where they worked as a Consultant from November 2008 to June 2010. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Rockets & Racers, LLC, a web-based OEM car and motorcycle parts business, from 2000 to 2008.

Jonathan Venuto completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University between 1998 and 2002. Jonathan later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School from 2006 to 2008.
