Mark Arrowsmith

Mark Arrowsmith is an experienced Agile Coach and Professional Scrum Trainer with a diverse background in consulting and coaching within various organizations. Currently serving as an Agile Coach (Lead Consultant) and Agile Coach (Senior Consultant) at Elabor8 since February 2021, Mark also contributes to Scrum.org as a Professional Scrum Trainer since December 2016. Previous roles include consultant positions at e&e Solutions and Agile Coach at Virgin Australia. Mark held the position of Iteration Manager at Suncorp Group and worked as a Scrum Master at Ergon Energy. As an Agile Coach/Manager at Avanade, Mark focused on leading teams in the development of enterprise solutions. Mark's educational background includes a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems from James Cook University.
