Vitalii Romanchenko has been working in the tech industry since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a UI and UX in Baltimore USA. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Product Marketing Manager at Devellar. Vitalii was a Co-Founder/Head of Product at Quotera from 2014 to 2016, and an Agile PM/Delivery Manager at Timecode from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, they were a Senior Product Owner at Ciklum, a Business Partner/Advisor at Springs - Custom Web Development, and a Co-Founder/Head of Product at Progresify. Currently, they are the CEO and Co-Founder of Elai.io.

Vitalii Romanchenko's education history includes a Master's degree in Software Development from KNYTD (KIEV NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY AND DESIGN) KIEV, UKRAINE, which they obtained between 2004 and 2009. Vitalii also completed a mini MBA (6 months) in Strategic Management from a British MBA course in 2012-2013.
