Balaji Dhandayuthapani

Balaji Dhandayuthapani is currently serving as the Head of Finance and Operations at Elait since October 2019, following an extensive career in finance and operations management. Prior experience includes holding the position of Associate Director at Cognizant from 2007 to October 2019 and a Senior Business Analyst role at Wellington Management from 2007 to 2009. Other notable positions include Senior Functional Consultant at Wipro Technologies, Project Lead and Functional Consultant at Hexaware Technologies, and Consultant at Ramco Systems. Balaji started a career in banking as Assistant Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank from January 1996 to January 2000. Balaji holds a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has recently completed an Advanced Program on Fintech and Financial Blockchain at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in October 2023.
