Olivier Rohou

Olivier Rohoυ currently serves as Chief Skills Officer at 360Learning, having transitioned from the role of CEO at eLamp, which has now become part of 360Learning's Skills product. Since October 2023, Olivier Rohoυ has focused on skills-based learning and leveraging AI to measure and reduce skills gaps. In addition to work at 360Learning, Olivier Rohoυ has been involved with SOS homophobie since September 2018, supporting e-learning partnerships for LGBTIphobia prevention, contributing to the national communication commission, and coordinating various commissions and volunteer groups. Previous experience includes founding eLamp and roles at Euratechnologies, SNCF, Formax Uk Ltd, and Sicra, with an engineering degree from IMT Nord Europe.
