Jim Ralson

Jim Ralson is the CTO & Partner at Elan Industries and co-founder of the company. He has helped build the company into the $10M success it is today. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Jim’s business saavy in engineering management, program management, product design and development and hardware design has been instrumental in helping the company delight customers with electronic controls that differentiate them in the marketplace. His work helped win Elan the 2010 “Supplier of the Year in Innovation” award and he holds three U.S. patents for appliance controls and control systems. Jim has been married to June for 25 years and they have three young adult children. He loves the outdoors and spends time hiking, camping, fishing and golf, when he gets a chance. He is also an active fundraiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and participates every year in their Walk for the Cure.
