Devayani Kolhe

Devayani Kolhe is a seasoned statistician with extensive experience in biostatistics and data management, currently serving as Associate Director for Statistics and Data Management at Elanco since January 2020. In this role, Devayani focuses on developing a global team that supports various therapeutic areas and oversees non-project initiatives, including process evolution and new technology testing. Prior experience includes positions at Novo Nordisk as Associate Lead Statistician, where mentoring and trial support were key responsibilities, and at GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals, managing entire studies from design to execution. Devayani's earlier career features roles at Cytel Statistical Softwares and Services, where collaborative software development played a significant role. Devayani holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from SIES College.
