Dina Hoops

Dina Hoops is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Elanco since October 2022. Previously, Dina held the position of HR Business Partner at Titan Wind Energy from February 2020 to October 2022 and served as HR-Manager at dentaltrade GmbH from May 2017 to December 2019. Earlier roles include HR-Personalleiter at Syncreon Automotive Bremen and East West Recycling GmbH, as well as Head of Administration/HR at Stadtbäckerei Engelbrecht, where responsibilities encompassed marketing, administration, HR, accounting, and planning. Dina began a career in sales as a Sales Assistant at Kraft Jacobs Suchard after completing education as Industriekauffrau at FH Bremerhaven from 1991 to 1995.
