Sumit Pendharkar

Sumit Pendharkar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and data transformation. Currently serving as the Executive Director for Data and Technology Transformation at Elanco since April 2021, Pendharkar previously held the position of Senior Director for IT M&A Integration. Prior to this role, Pendharkar served as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from April 2015 to March 2021, where responsibilities included leading teams to implement operational strategies for Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. Pendharkar's earlier experience at IBM spanned over 14 years, serving in various managerial and technical roles, including Senior Project Manager for DB2. Additional experience includes a consulting role for PayPal and an academic foundation with degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, and California State University-Sacramento, culminating in an MBA from Haas School of Business alongside Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science from renowned institutions.
