Martijn Stegenga

Martijn Stegenga has a diverse work experience. In 2011, they started working as an Account Manager at Limelights, where they focused on creating campaigns and content with a Do Good focus, supporting brands in their sustainability and CSR programs. Martijn worked there until 2015. In 2017, they joined GreenHome as a Business Developer before moving on to found Elanza in 2018. At Elanza, they took on the role of Founder & COO, leading the development and implementation of the Elanza Connect platform for healthcare organizations to manage their flexible workforce. Currently, Martijn serves as a Zorgambassadeur at De Zorgambassade, starting in 2023.

Martijn Stegenga completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2010 to 2014. Martijn then pursued a Master's degree in Management at ESCP Business School, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
