Angela began their career in 2002 as the Director of Nursing at Laurel Health Care, where they were responsible for opening a new subacute rehab/Long term care facility. Angela'srole involved overseeing the survey process, ensuring quality outcomes, and managing the budget. In 2008, Angela joined Elara Caring as an Area Vice President-Clinical Operations Certified Home Health, where they continue to contribute their expertise in healthcare operations.

Angela Burgess holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Northern Michigan University.
