Bree Sanca

Bree Sanca has a extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in leadership roles. Bree started their career as a Registered Nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital - Saint Raphael Campus where they gained experience in overseeing daily operations of a Cardio-Thoracic Step Down Unit. Bree then moved on to roles such as Manager of Patient Services at VNA Services, Inc. and Manager of Clinical Services at VNA Community Healthcare, where they had direct oversight of clinical departments and managed budgets. Bree also worked as a Senior Consultant at HMS and as an Administrator at Salute Homecare LLC. Bree has held executive positions as well, serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Immediate Past Chair Board of Directors at the Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Behavioral Health Clinical Operations at Elara Caring and the Regional Vice President of Behavioral Health Northeast at New England Home Care.

Bree Sanca earned their Master of Science in Nursing degree with a specialization in Patient Care Administration from Sacred Heart University between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at the same university from 2006 to 2008. Their earlier education includes an Associates of Science in Nursing from St. Vincent's College from 1998 to 2000. Bree started their nursing education by obtaining a Licensed Practical Nurse qualification from Eli Whitney Technical High School between 1993 and 1995.
