Shellie W. Rachal

Shellie W. Rachal has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Shellie W. began their career as a NICU Registered Nurse at St. Francis Medical Center in 2000. In 2002, they transitioned to a role as an RN field nurse at Thompson Home Health, where they worked until 2007. From 2007 to 2010, Shellie served as the Director of Nursing at Thompson Home Health. In 2010, they joined CareCycle Solutions as the VP of Operations, a position they held until 2017. Currently, Shellie is employed at Elara Caring, where they have held two roles: VP of Operations from 2017 to 2019, and currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Operations for the South Region.

Shellie W. Rachal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, completing their studies from 1995 to 2000.
