Stacy Meccariello completed their Associates's degree in General Studies from Tunxis Community College in 2008. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued an Associates of Applied Science in Mortuary Science and Embalming/Embalmer at Lincoln College of New England-Southington. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Albertus Magnus College.
