Mary Connolly

Mary Connolly is an experienced HR consultant and strategic advisor with a career spanning over three decades in various HR roles. Currently serving as an HR Consultant and Strategic Advisor at the Boston Symphony Orchestra since February 2023, Mary also holds an Interim Compensation and Benefits Manager title, focusing on the organization’s compensation and benefits aspects. Concurrently, Mary has been providing HR consulting services through Elasta Jobs since February 2022. Previous experience includes advisory roles at Bay Cove Human Services and NYSTEC, along with a long tenure at Liberty Mutual Insurance where Mary held multiple senior positions, including Vice President and Manager of Employee Relations and HR Services. Mary holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management from UMass Boston and has additional education from Suffolk University.
