Joanna Hughes is a seasoned technical writer with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Elastic Path since January 2022, Joanna previously held the position of Technical Writer at Everbridge from November 2019 to January 2022. Joanna's extensive career began at TIBCO Software Inc., where a Technical Writer role was undertaken from September 1999 to October 2019. Joanna earned a Master's degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Sheffield Hallam University between 2004 and 2008.
