Salil Chinchore

Salil Chinchore, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at ElasticRun since August 2022. Previously, Salil held the position of Head-Human Resources at Godrej Agrovet Limited, overseeing a comprehensive HR team and providing strategic HR leadership from July 2017 to August 2022. Prior roles include President of HR at Pidilite Industries Limited, Director of Human Resources at TE Connectivity, and Vice President of HR at Mondelēz International, among others. Salil began a career in human resources at Asian Paints, where roles spanned from General Works Manager to Chief Manager-Human Resources. Salil holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Fergusson College.
