Rajesh Mani

Rajesh Mani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business planning, product management, and operational strategy across various tech companies. Currently serving as Senior Director at Elastic, Rajesh leads comprehensive business strategy and operational planning while driving cross-functional initiatives that align with long-term strategic goals. Prior roles include Senior Director at NetApp, where Rajesh managed a team for ONTAP Hybrid Cloud, and Head of Business Planning at VMware focusing on Tanzu SaaS products.
