Victor Chen is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors, particularly in the RFID and bicycle accessory industries. Currently serving as Business Development Manager for ELATEC GmbH in the APAC region since February 2020, Victor has previously held key positions, including General Manager at Alfred Thun GmbH & Co.
