Vp, Global Controller at Elation Health

Nicole LaFrancesca has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. Nicole started their career at KPMG as a Manager, where they planned, supervised, and performed audit engagements for financial services companies. Nicole also had a role in coordinating and executing control-focused audits in compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act.

After their time at KPMG, Nicole joined GFI Group as a Manager in External Reporting and Accounting Policy. In this role, they were responsible for the accurate and timely filing of quarterly and annual SEC documents. Nicole also conducted research on technical accounting issues and assisted with determining the accounting impact of acquisitions and investments.

Nicole then moved on to Wells Fargo, where they served as an Accounting Manager - SEC Reporting. Here, they were responsible for the timely and accurate filing of SEC documents, as well as project management for the implementation of a spreadsheet process management solution.

Following their role at Wells Fargo, Nicole worked at Auction.com as a VP of Corporate Controller. In this position, they oversaw corporate accounting functions and was involved in technical accounting and SEC reporting. Nicole also held roles as Director and Senior Manager in Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting.

Most recently, Nicole is working at H1 as an Interim Corporate Controller. Nicole'sresponsibilities in this role include financial reporting and control oversight.

Currently, Nicole is a VP at Elation Health, serving as the Global Controller.

Nicole LaFrancesca completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy at Villanova University. Nicole pursued an Accounting Major and also minored in Management Information Systems during their time there. Nicole obtained no additional certifications, such as the Certified Public Accountant (CPA), from the New York State Education Department.
