Sara Pastoor, MD, MHA, FAAFP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Dr. Pastoor has a strong background in primary care optimization, patient-centered medical home transformation, health IT, and clinical workflow solutions, and has extensive experience in improving care quality and value-based initiatives.

Sara Pastoor, MD, MHA, FAAFP completed their education in a chronological order. Sara started their educational journey at Oakland University from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Following that, they attended Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science from 1991 to 1995, earning their MD in Medicine. Later, they pursued further studies at Trinity University from 2002 to 2004 and obtained an MHA (Master of Health Administration) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
