Cathal Mulkere

Cathal Mulkere has held key positions in data management and governance at both Elavon Europe and KBC Bank Ireland. At Elavon Europe, Cathal serves as the Chief Data Officer and Data Governance PMO Lead. Prior to this, at KBC Bank Ireland, Cathal was the Data Quality Manager and Manager of the Credit Acceptance Department. In these roles, Cathal has been responsible for overseeing data quality and governance practices, ensuring compliance with best practice standards.
