Jeffrey Winter

Jeffrey Winter has extensive work experience in product design and management. Jeffrey is currently the Head of Product Design at Elavon, Inc. Since 2015, they have worked at Meta (formerly Facebook) in various roles, including Principal Product Design Manager and Staff Product Designer. At Meta, they led teams in designing products for Facebook Groups and Ads Measurement, implementing industry privacy changes. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft as a Senior Design Manager and Senior UX Designer, leading design teams for Bing and Microsoft healthcare products. Jeffrey also has experience as a Freelance Interaction Designer at ShapeSpring, a Senior UX Design Lead at Blue River Interactive Group, and a Senior Health Product Designer and Analyst at MAXIMUS, Inc. Jeffrey's early career includes a role as a Senior Web App Designer and Project Lead at ACS, Inc. and an Information Architect at Carta, Inc.

Jeffrey Winter has a B.A. in Sociology and Marketing from California State University, Chico. Jeffrey also holds an MSBA in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from California State University-Sacramento.
