Nativ Shahak

Nativ Shahak has extensive experience in the defense and engineering sectors, currently serving as Director of System Engineering and Director of Mechanical Engineering at Elbit Systems Ltd since December 2010. Prior experience includes roles as Mechanical Engineering Manager at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems from April 2005 to December 2010, and Senior Engineer in the Israel Defence Forces from April 1999 to April 2005. Nativ Shahak holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
