Nika Layton

Nika Layton is an experienced professional in engineering and systems analysis, currently serving as a Mission Manager at Momentus since May 2022. Additionally, Nika has held the position of Systems Engineer at Stellar Solutions since July 2020 and previously at HySpecIQ and OneWeb from July 2020 to April 2022 and July 2017 to March 2020, respectively. Nika's career began at MITRE as a Geospatial Analyst from November 2012 to September 2016 and included a role as a GIS/Cartography specialist at NOAA from April 2011 to November 2012. Nika holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Environmental Science with a GIS concentration from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
