Oren Spielman

Oren Spielman is a System Engineer at Elbit Systems Ltd since October 2018, responsible for overseeing product lifecycle management while leading cross-functional teams to align product vision and execution with customer needs. Prior to this role, Oren served as a Software QA Team Lead at Qualitest from November 2015 to October 2018, managing a team of eight and overseeing work plans, customer reporting, and test documentation. Oren began the career as a QA Engineer, conducting manual and automated tests, and also held the position of Project Manager in the Israel Defense Forces from August 2010 to September 2015, managing system development projects. Oren holds a degree in Practical Electric Engineering from TLV Engineering School, completed in May 2010.
