Deven Johnson

Deven Johnson is an experienced Human Resources professional with expertise in labor relations, workforce planning, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Elbit Systems of America since December 2021, Deven acts as a subject matter expert for labor relations and successfully negotiated a three-year collective bargaining agreement with IAM 776 union. Previously, Deven held various HR leadership roles at UPS for nearly eight years, advising senior leadership on HR solutions, managing HR teams, and developing performance review processes. Earlier career experience includes roles in office management and human resources supervision at Progressive Sales and Levy Restaurants, respectively. Deven holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Northwood University – DeVos Graduate School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University.
