Moises Silva has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Moises is currently serving as the Vice President of International Business at ELCO Industrie Automation GmbH, where they specialize in delivering customized products to meet customer needs. Prior to this, Moises was the Owner of Ainda Innovations GmbH, where they provided consulting services for business expansion and market establishment.

Moises also founded and served as the CEO of X-SENSORS AI, an AI startup focused on digital solutions for industrial automation manufacturers. In this role, they led a team of software and AI developers and worked with notable clients such as BMW, Mercedes, and Electrolux.
