Vp, Administrative Services (call Center, Claims, Network Operations, And Purchasing) at Elderplan

Robert Tynan has held various roles in the healthcare industry, starting in 2006. Robert worked as a Provider Relations Field Representative for Fidelis Care from June 2006 to July 2007. From July 2007 to November 2009, they served as a Physician Relations Representative at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Robert then became a Senior Physician Relations Representative from December 2009 to November 2010. Tynan continued at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey as a Manager of Provider Administration from April 2010 to August 2015. In 2015, they joined Elderplan as the Director of Credentialing until December 2016. From January 2017 to December 2020, they worked as the Assistant Vice President of Network Operations at Elderplan. Robert then served as the Vice President of Network Operations and Claims from January 2021 to December 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Administrative Services at Elderplan Inc, leading the Call Center, Claims, Network Operations, and Purchasing departments starting in January 2022.

Robert Tynan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Care Administration from Stonehill College, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management/Risk Management from Saint Peter's University, attending from 2008 to 2010.
