After attending the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a major in Business Management, Scott started his career in the service industry, purchasing and successfully managing a franchise restaurant. Several years later he transitioned to the Automotive Industry, joining Pat Ryan & Associates/Resource Dealer Group as an F&I Specialist in Dealer accounts, eventually advancing to Account manager, District Manager, and Key Account Executive. Scott subsequently joined Payment Insured Plan, Inc. and National Warranty serving dealer clients as a District Manager and trainer, and eventually started his own Automotive consulting agency, working with several major program providers in the Automotive industry.
Scott joined the IBG/eLeaderTech® team in 2015 as an Area Dealer Development Variable Operations Coach specializing in F&I. He enjoys servicing their clients and thrives on helping people reach their full potential and goals.
