Tracey Jones

Tracey Jones, MBA, PhD, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at The American College of Financial Services, where the Chartered Leadership Fellow® Program equips financial services managers with leadership skills. As President of Tremendous Leadership since 2009, Tracey promotes personal development and publishes leadership literature while hosting a podcast that connects with renowned leaders. Tracey’s involvement in the documentary "Power of Thought: Live Ready" highlights contributions to leadership thought. Academic qualifications include a PhD focused on leader effectiveness during crises from Lancaster Bible College and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. Tracey has held various managerial roles across organizations such as Akima Support Operations and Northrop Grumman, with a foundational career in the United States Air Force.
