Jody Gorder

Jody Gorder has extensive work experience in instructional design and training. They started their career at Bank of America in various roles including trainer/instructional designer, loan administration services representative, personal banker, and loan document analyst. After working at Bank of America for several years, Jody joined M&I Bank as a regional training manager and later became a training content manager. They then moved on to Scottrade, where they worked as a senior instructional designer in the learning and development department. Currently, Jody is employed at ELB Learning (formerly eLearning Brothers) as a senior instructional designer.

Jody Gorder began their education in 1990 at Rhodes College, where they studied International Business for one year. Jody then transferred to Southeast Missouri State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from 1991 to 1995.
