John Blackmon

John Blackmon has a diverse work experience in the technology and eLearning industry. John is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at ELB Learning, formerly known as eLearning Brothers, since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role from April 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining ELB Learning, John was associated with Trivantis for a significant period. John held various roles, including CEO from October 2018 to April 2020, Chief Technical Officer from September 2014 to April 2020, Senior Vice President of Authoring Systems from June 2008 to April 2020, and Vice President from an undisclosed date to September 2010.

John started their career as Lead Developer/Owner at Bocasoft in 1994 and worked there until 1997. Before that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at EDS from 1986 to 1994.

John Blackmon attended the Florida Institute of Technology from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering.
