Contract Project Manager Instructional Designer at eLearning Brothers

Mary Casey has a diverse work experience in the field of instructional design and training. Mary started their career in 2002 as a Training Consultant and Facilitator at the North Carolina Community College System, where they taught customer service certification programs and conducted soft skills workshops. In 2003, they worked as a Special Projects Consultant at ELS Language Center, where they coached and tutored international students and professionals.

From 2006 to 2009, Mary served as a Contract Instructional Designer at TeleTech Holdings, where they proposed program design strategies and designed performance-based courses for both internal and external clients. In 2008, they worked as an Instructional Design Consultant at effectPerformance, Inc, where they refined system content for Corning's compensation tool and designed an eLearning course introducing the tool to managers.

Mary joined ViaSource in 2009 as a Contract Instructional Designer, collaborating with Bank of America associates and lines of business to design training content and writing technical procedures for system transitions. Mary was also assigned as the primary point-of-contact for the business partner throughout the project.

In 2009, they began working as an Instructional Design Consultant at Ingersoll Rand University (IRU), where they consulted with stakeholders and participated in kaizen events for the Frontline Leader (FLL) Program. Mary redesigned the instructor-led training modules that comprised the FLL Program.

From 2013 to 2015, Mary worked as an Instructional Designer at Veritude, focusing on instructional design projects. In 2018, they became a Training and Instructional Design Consultant at AvidXchange, Inc.

Mary's most recent role is as a Contract Project Manager Instructional Designer at ELB Learning, formerly eLearning Brothers, which they started in 2011.

Mary Casey's education history includes several accomplishments. In 1984, they attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Foodservice & Lodging Management. Mary successfully completed their degree in 1988.

Following their undergraduate studies, Mary Casey continued their education at Eastern Michigan University from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Teaching English as a Second Language.

In 2002, Mary pursued a certificate in News Broadcasting at the Carolina School of Broadcasting, completing the program in 2003.

In more recent years, Mary Casey has participated in professional certification programs. In 2017, they completed the Professional Coaching Certification program at the Center for Coaching Certification. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained a DISC Certification from the Institute Success.

Together, these educational experiences have equipped Mary Casey with a diverse range of skills and knowledge in areas such as hospitality management, language education, news broadcasting, coaching, and personality assessment.
