Luis Castillo Zugasti

Luis Castillo Zugasti has extensive experience in quality management systems and IT systems. Luis started their career in 1999 as a Junior Quality Consultant at Soluziona, where they worked on implementing an improvement project for the company's Intranet. At Soluziona, they also maintained and evolved the company's quality system according to ISO 9001 requirements.

In 2000, Luis joined Azertia as a Senior Quality Consultant, where they played a key role in the merger of three companies to form Azertia. Luis adapted and integrated different work systems and business areas into a consolidated quality system. Luis also worked on software development projects, preparing and executing quality assurance plans for Azertia's customers.

In 2002, Luis became a Project Manager at Telefonica Moviles, where they designed and implemented a new quality assurance model for the company's software products and services. Luis also served as a technical consultant for software development projects, conducting audits and providing documentation.

Luis joined Elecnor Deimos in 2004 as a Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing the company's quality system according to ISO 9001. Luis also played a role in the design and development of the company's corporate intranet system.

Throughout their career at Elecnor Deimos, Luis held various roles, including Head of Corporate Management Systems and Director of Quality and Management Systems. In these roles, they focused on maintaining and improving the company's integrated management system, deploying it to subsidiaries, and obtaining certification in various standards.

Currently, Luis is the Director of Quality, Management Systems, and IT Systems at Elecnor Deimos. Their responsibilities include the maintenance and improvement of the company's corporate integrated management system, as well as the deployment and certification of the system in different locations.

Luis Castillo Zugasti has a Master's degree in Total Quality Management from the University of Valladolid, which they obtained from 1998 to 1999. Luis also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the National University of Distance Learning. Before their Master's degree, they earned a Degree in Physics from the Sciences Faculty of the University of Valladolid from 1992 to 1998.
